Saint Mary (Persian: مریم مقدس‎, also Maryam al-Muqaddasah, Maryam Moghaddas, Maryam Adhraa Maryam Al-Muqadasa; "The Honourable/Blessed Saint Mary") is a 2000 Iranian film by director Shahriar Bahrani, depicting the life of Mary mother of Jesus based on the Quran and Islamic tradition.

Saint Mary (Persian: مریم مقدس‎) is a film from Islamic Republic of Iran by Iranian director Shahriar Bahrani released in 2007, depicting the life of Mary mother of Jesus from classical Islamic readings.

Mary (Maryam) (as), has her own entire verse in the Holy Quran, this movie takes parts of this story from the Holy Quran (as), and depicts the live of Maryam (as), leading to the birth of Isa (Jesus) (as).

Sura Maryam (Arabic: سورة مریم‎, Sūratu Maryam, "Mary") is the 19th sura (chapter) of the Qur'an and is a Makkan sura with 98 ayat (English: verses). It is named after Maryām, the actual (Semitic) name for Mary, Mother of Jesus (Isa)
